Ways to help	Volunteering We have many exciting opportunities available for volunteers to work on the land with us. Some of our volunteer opportunities include: Mailing “parties” usually weekday mornings - scheduled as needed. Wildlife habitat management activities clearing stone walls and trail maintenance at our 107-acre Guyette Farm in Plainfield. Ongoing. Field days, working bees and land projects. Events/Workshops/Hikes year-round. Annual Member’s Potluck Picnic (summer, annual). D2R2 – Deerfield Dirt Road Randonnée. One-time, Occasional Teens, 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals, Groups (2-10), Groups (10+), Families Physical, Outdoor On-site, Skilled Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends

About us	Established in 1987, FLT has changed significantly over the years: we’ve grown from a tiny, one-person office to a thriving, fully-staffed organization. We’ve developed many new strategies to conserve land, but working with farmers is just as important today as it was in the beginning.
