Ways to help | VolunteeringWe have many exciting opportunities available for volunteers to work on the land with us. Some of our volunteer opportunities include:Mailing “parties” usually weekday mornings - scheduled as needed.Wildlife habitat management activities clearing stone walls and trail maintenance at our 107-acre Guyette Farm in Plainfield. Ongoing.Field days, working bees and land projects.Events/Workshops/Hikes year-round.Annual Member’s Potluck Picnic (summer, annual).D2R2 – Deerfield Dirt Road Randonnée. |

About us | Established in 1987, FLT has changed significantly over the years: we’ve grown from a tiny, one-person office to a thriving, fully-staffed organization. We’ve developed many new strategies to conserve land, but working with farmers is just as important today as it was in the beginning. |
